A deadly chopper crashed in a town in Colombia, killing all passengers on board on Tuesday, including the pilot and the co-pilot.

The helicopter wracked up in a small town of Teorama in Norte de Santander, located some 380 km from capital Bogota, while it was on its way to a repair site.

The oil flight was flying three company workers, summoned to fix the recently damaged oil pipeline, sabotaged by the leftist insurgents, revealed Edgar Diaz, governor of Norte de Santander.

"It seems the helicopter fell after getting tangled up in some electricity cables. Nevertheless, we have also been informed of another version that it seems the helicopter was brought down. We are asking the authorities to let us know what really happened," Governor Diaz said.
