Driver to enter Plea in Lansdowne Crash

The driver of a crash in which 5-month-old Tristan Schulz was killed in 2016 in Lansdowne, Virginia will be entering ‘No Contest’ Plea on Tuesday morning. He will enter “No Contest” plea to misdemeanor reckless driving and admit guilt to the traffic infraction.

On 31st Aug Schulz was killed when his mother pushed his stroller across Riverside Parkway. His mother Mindy Schulz has also suffered from severe injuries.

In this “No Contest” plea the defendant neither accepts nor disputes the crime, if the judge accepts the Plea then Miller would be found guilty. In September, the prosecutors have dropped serious charges against the suspect.

Reckless driving carries a maximum penalty of 12 months in jail and a $2500 fine.
