Houston Community College (HCC) that operates community colleges in Houston, Missouri city, Greater Katy and Stafford in Texas has announced closing of its Central Campus on Monday, rescheduling the examination over receiving shooting threat on social media (Facebook), this weekend.

Leftover campuses will remain open as the target of threat is HCC’S Central Campus and college regime promised of providing security at concerned locations.  

According to college statement, “HCC takes all matters with implications for the security of its students, faculty and staff seriously. HCC and its police department are actively working with other law enforcement agencies to identify the source of the threat in an effort to eliminate the risk of harm.”

They further added “If you are aware of any information that would be helpful, please contact HCC PD at 713-718-8888. All updates will be available on our website.”
