A robbery attempt at the Arby's restaurant on Brook Road was foiled by an employee of the restaurant. The restaurant employee got the suspect talking, which spooked him away, according to Henrico police.

The suspect tried to rob the Arby's restaurant located at the 5200 block of Brook Road.

When the incident took place, several employees were present inside the store. According to police the suspected man entered with a knife with the intension of robbing the restaurant.

However, one of the employees started talking to him after which he ran off. No one was hurt in the incident and nothing was robbed.

Henrico Police is investigating into the incident for more information on the attempted robbery.
